Terms of service
The rules for using ConvertDash and its plans.
Last updated 17 October 2026
These terms cover the hosted ConvertDash service at analytics.convertnow.tools. They sit alongside the full ConvertNow terms, whose section on ConvertDash also applies. Where the two differ for the hosted service, this page wins.
Who you agree with
The service is provided by Prateek Prashant Zare, trading as ConvertNow (see About). By creating an account you accept these terms. You must be at least 16, and if you sign up for a business, you confirm you may accept terms for it.
The service
ConvertDash counts visits to the websites you add and shows them as reports. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will never be down, and we may change features over time. When we remove something you pay for, we tell you first.
Plans
- Free. One website, the core reports and 90 days of detail. No card needed.
- Trial. A new account gets seven days of paid features. After that it moves to the free plan unless you buy a licence.
- Pro Single, Pro Power and Agency. Yearly plans with more websites, every report, longer history and the limits shown on the pricing page. A yearly key also works on your own server.
- Lifetime. One payment for running ConvertDash on your own servers. It does not include the hosted service.
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Prices are shown in your currency, with taxes as the checkout states.
Paying and renewing
At checkout you choose between a yearly plan that renews itself and a single payment that covers 12 months and does not renew. Payments are taken on convertnow.tools by Stripe, Razorpay or Cashfree. A plan bought through Cashfree never renews by itself: we email you a renewal link 15 days and 3 days before it ends.
You can cancel a renewing plan at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment, and your plan keeps running to the end of the year you paid for. The refund policy explains refunds.
Fair use and pageview allowances
Each plan includes a monthly pageview allowance on the hosted service. If a website goes far over it, we email you before anything changes, and we never delete data that was already counted. Self hosted installs have no pageview limit.
You may not use ConvertDash to break the law, to track people without the notice your law requires, to send traffic meant to overload the service, or to resell access beyond what your plan allows. You may not copy, change or bypass the licence checks of the software. We may suspend an account that does, after warning you when that is reasonable.
Your data
The statistics of your websites belong to you. You can export any report at any time, and closing your account deletes your data within 30 days.
For the visitors of your websites, you are the controller and we are your processor under Art. 28 GDPR. We process their data only to provide the service and on your instructions, keep it confidential, use the providers listed in the privacy policy, help you answer requests from visitors and authorities, tell you without delay about a breach that affects you, and delete the data when you close your account. You are responsible for telling your visitors about ConvertDash in your own privacy notice.
Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, and for harm to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential duty of the contract, and only up to the damage that was typical and foreseeable, at most the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We can end a free account with 30 days notice, and a paid plan at the end of the period you paid for, or at once for a serious breach of these terms.
Changes and law
If we change these terms, we email account holders at least 30 days before. German law applies, and the courts of Berlin are competent where the law allows it. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of the law of your own country.
