Refund and cancellation policy
A 14 day refund on every plan, and how cancelling works.
Last updated 17 October 2026
14 days, no questions asked
Every paid plan, Lifetime included, comes with a full refund if you ask within 14 days of paying. You do not need to give a reason.
To ask, email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or reply to your receipt. Tell us the licence key or the order number.
How the money comes back
- We confirm your refund within two working days.
- The money goes back to the card, bank account or UPI you paid with, through the same provider: Stripe, Razorpay or Cashfree.
- We start the refund within 7 working days of confirming it. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 working days to show it.
- The full amount is returned. We keep no fee.
What happens to your account
Once refunded, the licence key stops unlocking paid features and your account moves to the free plan. Your websites keep being counted and your data stays where it is.
After 14 days
After 14 days, payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it or the service failed in a way we could not fix. If something is wrong, write to us anyway: we look at every case.
Cancelling a renewing plan
A yearly plan that renews itself can be cancelled at any time:
- Paid by card through Stripe: open the billing link in your receipt, or Account, Subscription, in the app.
- Paid through Razorpay: reply to your Razorpay receipt, or email us.
- Paid through Cashfree: nothing to cancel. Cashfree payments cover 12 months and never renew by themselves.
Cancelling stops the next payment. Your plan keeps running until the end of the year you already paid for. A renewal payment taken in the last 14 days can be refunded in full like any other payment.
Upgrades
When you move to a bigger plan, you pay only the difference for the rest of your year. An upgrade can be refunded within 14 days, and your account then goes back to the plan you had before.
Your statutory rights
This policy adds to your rights as a consumer and does not limit them.
